Can I Use Your Images for Free?
Some of the images are available for editorial use for free, and some are for commercial use. A written letter of permission from Art Photography Eddie Schwarz is required to use any of our photos on the website or social media platforms. Read our terms of use for more details.
How Many Images Will I Receive?
How Many Images Will I Receive?
It depends on the assignment. At a typical game, we may take several hundred photographs, but not all are keepers. We encourage people to focus on quality rather than quantity. A few awesome images are far better than hundreds of mediocre ones.
If we are shooting action, we take a lot of photos because if we wait for peak action to shoot, we will miss it.
Can I Receive the Raw or Unedited Image Files?

We do not provide the raw or unedited image files unless otherwise stated in the contract. The only exception is for the whole game photo shoot. Whole game photos will be delivered in JPEG format and unedited versions will be provided, as well.

We only keep the images on our servers for 6 months. A fee may apply to retrieve images older than 6 months (if only the images are still available). Once you download the images, we advise that you make a backup copy of them in case something happens.
Please note that none of the pictures will be downloaded on our website.

All purchases from Eddie Schwarz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Eddie Schwarz does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfilment centre. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your printed pictures, please contact us, and we will be happy to work with you toward a resolution. If you simply want a refund, return your photos and/or products with a note stating that you do not want them, and we will be glad to give you a full refund for the original purchase price.
Please note that our digital products are non-refundable. Digital products include CDs, USB storage devices, and digital download options. There will be no refund if the competitor misses the event, is disqualified, if the athlete performs poorly, or has an equipment failure.
With the nature of sports photography, we do not guarantee a specific number of images will be taken nor do we guarantee a number of useable images. The quantity of images taken is not grounds for a refund. A refund will not be provided if the images are not retrieved or downloaded within six months of the images being taken.
